Capsula GmbH is active in the field of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical contract manufacturing of solid and liquid dosages.
Capsula is producing a wide variety of dosage forms such as
hardshell capsules made out of different materials like gelatine, HPMC, pullulan etc.,
- tablets,
- softgels,
- granules, powders,
gummies
sachets
- liquids in bottles or sachets
and is also offering services like
- encapsulation,
- granulation,
- tabletting,
- coating,
- packing, bottling, labelling, blistering,
- storage and distribution.
Besides this, Capsula produces empty hard shell capsules in a wide variety of sizes and materials at location in northern Germany.
We can supply you with the mentioned dosage forms starting from very low batch sizes.
Capsula is also able to manufacture high quality clean label products like plant extract tablets with no excipients. This is based on state of the art tableting technology and a clear stand-alone-technology.
Capsula is offering a one-stop-shop full service package including raw material procurement, processing, packing and distribution.
The company was founded in 1977. In 2006, contract manufacturing processes moved to a new state- of-the-art-facility. A strict containment of each production enables us to manufacture many different products at the same time. The whole production area is fully air conditioned with humidity -, temperature- and cascaded pressure control. The factory was extended with most modern technology in 2022.
The facilities are licensed to GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, Diethetic Standard and to Organic Standard.
Offices are located in Toenisvorst close to Duesseldorf international airport.
