About Jan Braband
Jan Braband is one of the founders and CEOs of PlantaCorp GmbH, a major producer of liposomal formulations aiming at a global market. He has a master’s degree in computer science, but has also studied medicine and film, and has worked as a journalist. In 2015 he joined a scientific team to develop a novel approach to produce liposomal formulations on an industrial scale. The resulting technology was incorporated into a production facility in Hamburg, Germany, where PlantaCorp is producing ISO 22000 certified custom liposomal formulation for customers around the world. Today he is responsible for all technological aspects of the company.
