ARMO, the Romanian Association of Online Stores, is the representative Association of online stores in Romania, which supports the interests of its members both through its activity and through the activity of all founding members and new members who will join the Association in the future.

The main objectives of the association are: the development of online commerce in Romania as a modern and more efficient method of commerce, the support of online stores and the local e-commerce environment; elaboration of the Code of Good Practices of Online Stores and of a program for attesting the online stores in Romania according to this Code of Good Practices; representing the interests of the members before any authorities, natural or legal persons, Romanian or foreign; regular information to the press about the state of the industry.

Any other legal entities that adhere to the provisions of the Statute of the Association can become members of the Romanian Association of Online Stores, the admission in ARMO being made based on the approval of the Board of Directors. In addition, any Romanian or foreign natural persons, with special merits in any field of economic or cultural life in the country or abroad, may become honorary members of the association, at the proposal of the Board of Directors.
