The Federal Association of E-Commerce and Mail Order Germany (bevh) is the industry association for interactive retailers (i.e., online and mail order retailers). In addition to mail order companies, bevh also includes well-known service providers. After merging with the Federal Association of Online Food Retailers and the Federal Association of German Mail Order Book Retailers, bevh represents both small and large players, accounting for approximately 90 percent of the industry's turnover in the consumer market. bevh advocates for the industry's interests with lawmakers, as well as institutions in politics and business.
