Founder & Chief Commercial Officer - Parcel Perform

Gaining full visibility on your last-mile operations

E-commerce brands, marketplaces and logistics service providers deserve full transparency - on the status of all shipments as well as their carriers’ performance.

But when picking carriers based on price and service levels, how much transparency do you really have to make this business-critical decision?

In this session, we will share best practices to gain full transparency on last-mile operations. Real-time data is king, but current carrier performance is hard to compare and common excel sheets only take a retroactive approach. Dana will talk about data and BI tools you should have in place to successfully manage your last mile issues while they occur, and truly reflect your carrier's performance. Let data help you to pick the right partner for the future.
